Refund Policy

We have a 7-day defective-item exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or size exchanges under any circumstances.
Exchanges are strictly limited to defective, damaged, or incorrect items only and must be requested within 7 days of delivery. An exchange processing fee of ₹250 will be applicable, which covers shipping and handling.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Only such items will be eligible for exchange. Returns are not permitted.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Sale items or discounted products

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized pieces (if any)

  • Size-related issues (we do not offer size exchanges)

Exchanges

Exchanges are only applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
We do not offer size exchanges. If the item is approved for exchange, it will be replaced with the same product, subject to availability.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may contact us within 14 days only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Returns for any other reason, including size or preference, are not accepted.


Refunds

We do not offer refunds.
Refunds will only be considered if a replacement for an approved defective or damaged item is not available, and this will be processed at our sole discretion.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@beseksy.in.
